I had a cut and colour (roots) however had to request a revisit as wasn't happy with the final result (first time ever in +25yrs of going to a salon). As it was Christmas period, Elle couldn't see me again until January. I had travel commitments and after several attempts (4+) to co-ordinate the follow up, I gave up as I was getting no response.
